RETURN POLICY (20 Clauses)

 1.⁠ ⁠Digital Product Delivery

All purchased training videos, PDF documents, and digital materials are delivered electronically.

 2.⁠ ⁠No Refund After Delivery

Once any digital content has been delivered to the customer, no refunds will be issued.

 3.⁠ ⁠Nature of Digital Goods

Because videos and PDFs are downloadable and reproducible, refunds are not required under FTC digital goods regulations.

 4.⁠ ⁠Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment

By completing the payment, the customer acknowledges reading and accepting this Return Policy.

 5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Channels

Training materials may be delivered via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or private download links.

 6.⁠ ⁠Wrong Package Selection

Refunds are not available for selecting the wrong package if the content has been delivered; program changes may be offered instead.

 7.⁠ ⁠Proof of Delivery

Screenshots, delivery confirmations, message logs, and system records are considered valid proof of delivery.

 8.⁠ ⁠Technical Support First

If a video does not play or a file cannot be downloaded, technical support will be provided before any refund request is considered.

 9.⁠ ⁠Access Equals Consumption

Any access to the content — including viewing videos, opening PDFs, or clicking the access link — voids the possibility of a refund.

10.⁠ ⁠Partial Refund Exceptions

A partial refund may be issued only if no content was delivered or if the customer received zero access due to a verified technical failure.

11.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Window

If no content has been delivered, the customer may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

12.⁠ ⁠Processing Fees

For approved refunds, payment processor fees and platform fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

13.⁠ ⁠Program Change Option

Instead of a refund, the customer may request to switch to a different training program.

14.⁠ ⁠Customer Technical Responsibility

Refunds will not be granted for issues resulting from the customer’s own device, internet connection, storage limitations, or compatibility problems.

15.⁠ ⁠Prohibition of Content Sharing

If training materials are shared with third parties, the account may be terminated and no refund will be granted.

16.⁠ ⁠Fraudulent Claims

Misleading statements, false claims, or fraudulent refund attempts will result in rejection and potential legal action.

17.⁠ ⁠Chargeback Policy

Unjustified chargebacks (disputes) will result in the company claiming all damages, fees, and associated costs.

18.⁠ ⁠Promotional Purchases

Discounted, promotional, or limited-offer digital products are non-refundable.

19.⁠ ⁠Corporate / Bulk Purchases

Refunds are not available for corporate or bulk purchases after delivery.

20.⁠ ⁠Customer Consent

By purchasing, the customer fully accepts this Return Policy and agrees to all terms listed herein.
